Plzen Science Museum

Right before Spring Break, we took all the 1st-8th grade students to an interactive science museum in Plzen, Czech Republic, a city about an hour and a half from Prague.  They had a blast exploring the exhibits.

Who knew that a bunch of wooden blocks would be the most entertaining of all?

Madison was such a good sport.
She even helped from the inside until it was too tall for her to reach

It was amazing how quickly these elementary students  were able to build the tower AND
no one knocked it down until we told them we had to go!

I'm standing on a stool here, so it's actually a lot taller than it looks

This short program about static electricity was a favorite among students.

After demonstrating the effects of static electricity, all the students wanted to try!
